Project Proposal
Once we have a thorough understanding of your requirements, we provide you with a detailed, written proposal specifying cost, timelines, deliverables and our suggested creative approach. If you select us for your project, we provide you with a formal quote and contract, including terms of service and payment prior to the start of production.
Production
Our three phases of production, creative exploration, production and post-production work together to effectively tell the story of your brand, product or client. First, our creative team works with you every step of the way to build the right concept, story, visuals and sound to reach your target audience. Then, our can-do production crew brings you the best quality lighting, filming, makeup/styling, support staff and talent possible. Finally, our post production team of video editors, motion graphics and sound designers use the latest technology to bring your project to life.
Delivery & Aftercare
When you are happy with the final product, we expertly deliver your project in the required format, on time and on budget. Upon completion, a report will be provided to specify all of the deliverables, their formats, file sizes and any legal information necessary for future reference. Your account manager will follow up to get feedback on how you think the project went, address any issues and act on any follow-up items. After final delivery, you can call us any time for a speedy turn-around on modifications incorporating translations or updated messaging at very reasonable rates.
